There are a lot of cooking shows on television. Whether you love cooking or just love eating, they’re a lot of fun to watch. These chef’s cook the most amazing, mouth-watering meals and desserts, it makes you want to try everything. One of the chef’s I really enjoy watching is Rachael Ray since she has such an upbeat style and a unique style of her own. She also has a very popular line of cookware that has gotten some excellent reviews. I decided to splurge and try a piece out myself. I opted for the Rachael Ray Enamel Cast Iron Oval Casserole Pot since I really need a nice, big pot and I loved the way it looked!
At a 5.25 quart capacity, it’s the perfect size for our family casseroles and stews. It has a durable, colorful enamel surface and it’s made of sturdy cast iron, which offers excellent heat retention. It has sturdy loop handles that make it very easy to carry and the oval shape gives me plenty of room on my stove top for my other pots as well. I highly recommend this cast iron casserole pot for anyone who is looking for some great new cookware for their kitchen.
