Have you ever been invaded by raccoons? Every morning I see signs of them in my compost pile. But instead of being irritated by these late night invaders, I’ve grown rather fond of them. By the time a friend of mine gave me a mischievous sterling silver raccoon charm last fall, I was hopelessly in love with them. Maybe it’s that cute bandit’s mask!
Since then I’ve met people who have kept them as pets! Now to me a raccoon is basically a wild animal, but I do believe they came by them as orphaned youngsters and raised them tenderly. I’ve heard they can still be vicious, but mostly when they’re confined to cages for long periods of time.
I got curious about the company that made my raccoon and decided to see what else they had. Well, lo and behold if they weren’t full of wonderful sterling silver charms representing all manner of the animal kingdom. This is certainly my kind of place. Since 9/10 of my friends are animal lovers, you can bet I’ll be back time and again to shop here.
