I live in a zero-lot line duplex with a small backyard. Yes, it may be the size of a postage stamp, but it’s mine! This year, the gardening crazy finally hit me, and I decided to spiff the space up. It’s protected by a tall cedar fence, similar to the fence featured on the TV show “Home Improvement.” It creates a feeling of privacy, but the yard itself had no pizzazz.
